Optimal for individuals seeking a custom targeted session in order to get detailed repitition for a specific issue or problem areas.
If all over relaxation is preferred, note that this session allows for 30 minutes each side of the body, front & back.
90 MINUTE SESSION

The optimum balance of time for both client and therapist. Provides a greater buffer of time for
the mind to quiet itself, affords for much more detailed repetition in order to release key areas of tension or extra time for those favorite points of the body you may prefer, such as the feet or scalp. This session allows for roughly 45 minutes each side of the body, front & back (unless a custom targeted session is requested.)
Applications of luxuriously soothing, steamed towels, lightly infused with aromatic essential oils, elevate every session, compliments of Bliss!

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal massage is available to Moms after
their 12th week of pregnancy. (And seriously, what other time in a woman’s life warrants a soothing massage more than this one?)
