60 MINUTE SESSION

An hour long massage session is recommended for clients who are practiced and able to unwind and release mind and body easily.
Useful for those seeking a custom targeted session in order to provide detailed repitition over one specific problem area.
90 MINUTE SESSION
$115
A 90 minute massage is superior to the 60 minute, in that it is the optimum balance of time for both client and therapist. Provides for an unrushed relaxation experience for the client's mind, affords greater time for therapist to apply detailed repetition to release key areas of tension. This session allows for about 45 minutes front & back (unless a custom targeted session is desired.)
120 MINUTE
SESSION
$175
The ultimate.
An amazing incentive, reward to yourself or thoughtful and healthy gift for someone you love. A 2 hour massage is optimal for detailing all the body. Allows plenty of time for the mind to let go of its chatter of thoughts and the body to be led slowly, deliciously, back to a zero balance. Allows for about 60 minutes front & back, with extra helpings of steamed, essential oil infused towels, to further elevate the experience. PRENATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal massage is available to Moms after their 12th week of pregnancy.
(And seriously, what other time in a woman’s life warrants a soothing massage more than this one?) Sara's style of prenatal massage is uniquely tailored to enable Moms to receive the most detailed and comprehensive session possible while maintaining comfortable positioning to accomodate those beautiful baby bumps!
